Ashly, the manager, was extremely helpful to resolve a conflict with another customer. Very professional and very much appreciated.

The thin crust pizzas are our favorite. Add a few salads, a bottle of wine and chocolate mousse for dessert! The pizzas used to be on the menu all of the time. They are now only available on the menu after 8:00 PM. Order them anyway. You will get them. You will not be sorry.

Our group of 7 all had a great time. We especially love the antipasto choices.

Dinner was fantastic! Our group of five--2 adults, 3 children--sat beneath the outdoor canopy as the rain poured and the city continued to scurry. Our children were pleasantly accommodated with Shirley Temples and penne with marinara, while the manager approached, chatted and drew smiley faces at place settings for each child. The adults ordered the lemon sole and shrimp. We both adored our food!!!! Our waiter saw a break in the clouds/rain and delivered our check pronto, ensuring for us a less soggy return home. The bus stops just in front of Cafe Fiorello, and Lincoln Center is just across the street. Our dinner arrived promptly and was delicious. Carl, our waiter, was quite professional for such a young person, and served us in the European manner. All in all, a winner of a restaurant choice!

The food is amazing but the staff seals the deal. The entire crew at the bar might very well be the best in Manhattan.

We had a group of seven of us and they provided a quiet table in the back for us so we were able to speak and hear each other. The service was great and the food delicious. When we arrived the usual dark chocolate was not at the entry, when we asked they explained it wasn't out yet. Within five minutes they brought us our own plate full of the delicious chocolate. The waitress was able to take some time to take our picture and we did not feel at all rushed. Great restaurant, great food and we will definitely be returning!

We had one of the best dining experiences we have ever had! Our waiter could not have been more pleasant. He knew when to give us more time and when we needed something. He realized we were celebrating a birthday without being told and he made it special. The menu has a great selection, we all enjoyed what we ordered. Very upbeat atmosphere and you felt like they were happy to have you dining a their restaurant, which is so rare!

The food and service was over the top in excellence. A bit pricy, but worth it for a special occasion
