We dined outside which was very nice since it was a warm day. Tables are very close together so if your looking for a romantic setting this is not it. Food was fair for the price. I ordered the pizza with prosciutto and arugula and was very disappointed. It was basically a puffy crust with slices of prosciutto and arugula with balsamic vinegar. Very disappointing. I wouldn't call this a pizza; basically an open sandwich with very skimpy ingredients. My daughter had the pasta with meatballs. not very good, diner quality.
Good food and service! Particularly enjoyed eating outdoors. Loved the antipasto bar and the others enjoyed the main course, too! A nice pre-ballet meal! Would eat there again. Especially liked being outdoors where the noise level is reasonable!
Always love this place. Pizza is amazing as is the chocolate mousse. I should have stuck to my favorites instead of ordering their signature lasagna. It is deconstructed and consists of crunchy pasta around the sides and meatballs in the middle. I would not order it again! Service was as always superb.
This is our most favorite restaurant in NYC. WE always eat here! and we will continue to always eat here! The front is always, always welcoming and helpful.
I ordered from the antipasto bar as usual. unfortunately one of the 3 items was poor. the other items were good as was my dining companion's pizza. the service was excellent. the noise level increased as the restaurant filled up. still a good choice for a Lincoln Center evening
Lovely meal with helpful waiter
Food and service were great! The peperoni chicken parmasian was great and large enough to feed 4 oeople. We had a entree size mussels as an appitizer for three and it was great.
The restaurant is very convenient to Lincoln Center and has a large menu.
Always enjoyed Cafe Fiorello but sadly was disappointed this time with the quality of the food and the portions. We chose the option of the three vegetables from the antipasto counter and, although it was delicious, the portion was meagre and overpriced. We also ordered the shank meatball lasagne which was huge but essentially a big flattened piece of pasta with sauce and 2 meatballs for $27. Not at all satisfying. The restaurant is energetic and perfectly located across the street from Lincoln Center. The bar is inviting an... read more
