Cafe Fiorello is an institution across the street from Lincoln Center, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch on the weekends. Fiorello's is a great spot for pre-theater dining. Open late each night, the restaurant is also perfect for a post-theater dinner, a light bite at the antipasto bar, or cocktails and dessert.

It's wonderful to have such a good restaurant available for pre-theatre/concert/ballet at Lincoln Center. The service is professional, yet not too formal. There's a nice selection of wines and a rich variety of appetizers and entrees. A little surprising was the $10 charge for sharing a dish. However, that would not keep me from returning. After many years, this is still the place we choose for dinner before Lincoln Center!
Large menu offers something for everyone. Positive "vibe" about the place.
We went for a pre performance dinner and could not fault the food or the service. In at 6:00pm and out by 7:00pm and we did not feel rushed at all. The duck steak was excellent.
I always remember the name of this restaurant from a comment which I believe originated with John Stuart: "Fiorello LaGuardia was mayor of New York before he was an airport". This restaurant is a wonderful place for a quiet, romantic dinner. Expect huge portions and interesting, off-beat combinations. The restaurant space is very small and the tables close set. The waiter made frequent trips to our table in between courses to check on us. The menu is very limited for an Italian restaurant but the taste is excellent. I would ... read more
A must for a quick great meal near Lincoln Center
Fiorello's is right across from Lincoln Center and always crowded pre-theater. It couldn't be more NY City if central casting put everyone there. Lots of energy, great and interesting food, and convenience to theaters. When it's cold, sit in the inner rooms!
We really enjoy coming for brunch to Cafe Fiorello. The food is very good, the service is excellent. And beside everything else we love it because it opens early, it's becoming our hot spot to meet for brunch before work, so PERFECT!!!!
A wonderful Lincoln Center dining choice.....very good food - pasta, salad, veggies. Friednly and accomodating - even with a large party.
They had our table waiting when we arrived - which was a decided plus given that there was a waiting line for this popular restaurant. The service was prompt and attentive without being pushy. The food was well prepared and above average in taste and presentation. The desserts were large and the Tiramisu was very fresh and a perfect combination of flavors. We visited the restaurant based on a recommendation from friends and won't hesitate to recommend it to other friends.
