Just a half block from cinemas - so convenient. We told host and waiter we were pressed for time to get to movie. Host suggested dishes we could order that could be made quickly and waiter made sure we got out on time. Our only negative were the prices...yikes. My margarita pizza was $25! I didn't even care for it. Crust so thin it fell apart as you ate it- had to eat with fork and knife....no choice. I wouldn't go back.

We have always gone to Cafe Fiorello previously for dinner and liked it very much, even if we thought it was overpriced. But its location and ambiance allows them to charge more. The antipasto bar has always been superb and we've counted on it for good food. But we went for brunch and were disappointed. The coffee was OK but not great and was served in an unattractive metal pot. Eggs Benedictine were salty and vinegary and the accompanying potatoes were tough and overcooked. The pancakes were doughy and very sweet. Nobody at... read more

Ceasar salad was not creamy and cheesy - very bland and not good at all. We ordered a special dessert for the night that was a layered pastry crust with chantilly cream and there was not enough cream. Ratio of pastry to cream was too high. My mother ordered the espresso and ice cream after dinner drink, and it would have been better served in a cup than an ice cream dish so you could drink it. The waiter we had was very wonderful and attentive. We arrived a little early for our reservation but we were sat right away and did ... read more

Love Cafe Fiorella. One of my favorite places to bring out of town guests and always a favorite for my husband and I. Great food, great service. Always a great place to people watch. Conveniently located right across the street from Lincoln Center.

This favorite upper west side cafe continues to update it's menu with the times, yet remains classic with it's lovely interior. Never disappoints with attentive service and fresh selection of vegetables, home made mozzerella and of course the pizza. Brunch was delightful! Dinner is great as well. Proximity to Lincoln Center before and after performances...priceless!

I remember when Fiorello's first opened, what, 40+ years ago? It's grown in size and concept over the years but always maintained its high standards of excellent food, service and fun. It changes with the times, updating but still bring a favorite we can rely on.

We hadn't eaten here in a few years and found the menu changed---or maybe it's just that we were more familiar with the dinner menu than the lunch menu. But the bread basket is still excellent and the open-face lasagne was quite good although too large for one person. Pappadelle eggplant (sp?) was good as well. Service was excellent.

I have been eating at this restaurant in the last ten years and always enjoyed the food despite some occasional tweaks regarding the temperature of the pizzas.Recently they changed the antipasti formula in a way that prices them like jewelry.....I think management should review the pricing in the menu if it wants to keep the fidelity of its long time neighborhood clientele and not rely only on Lincoln Center comers.
