This past Saturday, I had made dinner reservations for 5:45 across the street from the Lincoln Center, thinking post matinee wine and dine...with the close proximity to The Vivian Beaumont Theatre, we were at their door by 5:15 and about a half hour early...we were greeted by a smiling front of house and told we could be seated immediately, inside or out---we opted for inside, given the look of the sky...we were shown to a quiet table for 2 along the far side right wall, which lent nicely to private conversation...we were im... read more
Good food. A little noisy when youre sitting outside. It is recommended to specify the table you want to sit in on reservation.
Amazing salad, choice to dine in or outside. Great service. Plentiful portions. If you love being in NYC, you will love Fierello. Complimentary delicious breads, view of Lincoln Center, watching tourists and New Yorkers.loved everything.
We never go wrong with anything here. Food and service excellent. Don't miss the Artichokes a la Judaica.. my veal piccata was on the money...the great pizza if you are a late nite diner...delicious and overly generous desserts (the chocolate mousse is yummy). Bar is very friendly!!
Enjoyed our lunch before attending matinee at Lincoln Center. Service was excellent and food outstanding. Prix fixe lunch a great value.
I have been going to Fiorello's since my high school's national honor society group ate dinner there in the spring of 1979. Over there years I've enjoyed countless happy meals there served by warm and welcoming waiters and hosts. The food is reliably good and fresh, particularly the ever-changing antipasti bar and the show stopping lasagna. There is no more quintessentially New York experience than dining outside, enjoying a glass of wine with friends while watching the world go by at Fiorello's. Little did I know, in 1979, ... read more
We eat here when we want good solid Italian food. The service is very attentive and the food quality is very good as well. The antipasto bar adds great variety for diners. The chicken parm is quite good and a very generous portion. This a a great choice for those attending an event at Lincoln Center. We have been here several times and it never disappoints.
Convenient to the USW and especially Lincoln Center, this is a comfortable place to eat. But the food quality does not support the relatively pricey menu. Not that it's bad, it's just not anything special. Luxembourg is better and not even as expensive as I recall.
The good news: a two minue walk to Lincoln center and lots of good choices on the menu The bad news: if you are at fiorello before a LC performance , the restaurant will be too crowded and service spotty as they have to get all diners fed and out in time for the opera/show/ concert So , enjoy a well priced Sunday brunch or any meal that s NOT before a performance.
