Cafe Fiorello is an institution across the street from Lincoln Center, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch on the weekends. Fiorello's is a great spot for pre-theater dining. Open late each night, the restaurant is also perfect for a post-theater dinner, a light bite at the antipasto bar, or cocktails and dessert.

I have eaten at Fiorello several times, and I always have the same remarks. The food is fantastic and plentiful, with efficient, professional service. However, it is always packed, the tables seem crammed in, waiters have to dodge diners in the aisles, and the noise level gets fairly intense. I didn't find it to be an enjoyable experience, even though I adored my meal.
A good quality but pricey upscale pre-theater hot spot.
Great food NYC prices Very attentive extensive selection of appetizers for small plates. Unfortunatly noise level makes talking difficult
The line waiting for check-in at 6pm on a Thursday backed up into the street...15 minutes wait to be seated. Must be a better system as it took much to long to find each reservation. That said, everything else was fine. Love their fried artichokes and the flatbread prosciutto and arugula pizza is light and large enough to share. If you are going to a Lincoln Center performance, best to allow lots of check-in time.
It seems that in an effort to crowd more diners into the restaurant before shows at Lincoln Center, the tables along the wall have been increased leading to extreme crowding. You are literally sharing your dinner with strangers at the next table. Sitting on the bench along the wall requires the feats of an acrobat. We have been regular diners at Cafe Fiorello for years, however, in the future we will not dine there unless we can be guaranteed a booth. My partner and I shared two appetizers and one main course and the bill be... read more
Twenty years visiting this busy hotspot and the fine dining experience continues. The efficient, friendly pretty restaurant is the perfect venue across from Lincoln Center indoors or outdoors. How do you beat picking your own appetizers from a magnificent spread at the anti pasta bar and eating the thinnest crust finger licking crisp pizza ever... Fiorello is a don't miss experience in NYC.
This is a fun restaurant that used to be exceptional, but is now just very good. The. Host was rather severe and unfriendly, but the waiter was patient and friendly. The antipasti were delicious.
came for pre-opera dinner; excellent and imaginative menu; we liked the fact that our server asked in advance if he needed to watch the time for us, in case we had to make a curtain we skipped dessert, mostly because $12 for one dessert seemed outrageous!
Café Fiorello has been around for years and is STILL my favorite place to go before or after going to Licoln Center, everything is wonderful and there brunch is really lovely!!
