Very nice lunch before the ballet. We had some of the little plates and shared a salad. Sat outside which was very nice. Waiter had one little mishap, but he made amends. Food was very good.
We were seated at my favorite table, where we could converse without shouting at each other. The food was delicious. And the server was a gorgeous Italian hunk.
Our waiter did everything possible to insure that we were able to finish our lunch in time to go across to Lincoln Center for a 2:00 p.m. performance. We thank him.
cafe fiorello is one of our neighborhood restaurants that we used to love. over the last few years, the portions have gotten smaller while the prices have increased to the point of our not going very often. what a shame! also, they used to have delicious mussels and chocolate profiteroles that were the best we ever tasted on the menu. now, neither is on the menu. what a shame!
Outstanding restaurant for pre- or post- theatre experience. The location of the restaurant, directly across from Lincoln Center, could not be better with both outdoor and indoor seating. The service was outstanding . . . the wait staff was friendly and efficient, yet unobtrusive. Overall, the food was excellent. The Caesar salad is not to be missed - absolutely the best I have ever encountered. We had a combination wedding anniversary and birthday celebration for a friend. Your prix fixe lunch was a great buy and so absolutely delicious. We loved the passed trays of truffle muffins and chocolate chip cookies. The emphasis on veggies for lunch lessened our guilt about those scrumptious desserts!
Wonderful as always. Highly recommend the grilled artichoke appetizer and the lasagna.
