The service was exceptional -- very attentive and extremely prompt. We had tickets at Avery Fisher Hall and the waiter inquired about our timeframe and made certain that we were served in time to enjoy our meal.

the waiter was super-nice and attentive - i had pasta since my friend didn't want to share a pizza as we did the last time - the home-made spaghetti was delicious and the broccoli rabe, pepper and pecorino made it taste scrumptious nice to know there are still restaurants in the area where you can get a quartino for $10! and the lagniappe of the free chocolate chip cookies carried around in trays for you to take was a great touch

A few months, after friends kept telling me it was good, I tried Fiorello's for lunch after avoiding for years. the service is friendly and professional, starting with the host/hostess at the door. Service is also prompt and professional. Food is very good, though not necessarily at a 'foodie' level. The only negative in my mind is that drinks seem overpriced: $15 for most mixed drinks. But I'll definitely be going back.

Went here on a beautiful friday night and sat outside. Had a great bottle of Sauvignon Blanc - one of their "hidden gems." Chicken parm was phenomenal. The Burrata salad was so fresh and tasty. As a little bonus, on your way out, they have a bowl of dark chocolate broken up into small pieces with sea salt and raisins which was the perfect end to our meal. I will definitely go back to try the pizza and the lasagna since the people next to us got it and it looked delicious (and they told us it was!)
