It's amazing how this crowded, very popular restaurant right across from Lincoln Center still makes you feel welcome and provides great service -- even when the wait staff has to squeeze between tables and incoming guests. Their Caesar salad is the best in the city and their antipasto bar is fantastic.

They are always most professional at check in. Unfortunately, they sat us 15 past our reservation time which made our meal rushed in order to make an 8 pm ballet curtain. Our meals did not come out together and we didn't have time for desert. They need to manage time better during the busy pre-theatre rush. The food is always great and the waitstaff professional but it is so hectic and noisy that it hampers the experience. Perhaps they need to sit less customer during these times. Having said the above I will go back tomorro... read more

The food is wonderful here and you can't beat the ambiance for a nice lunch or brunch. Convenient to Lincoln Center, we always come here and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend it but make reservations!

Service was great, we arrived early and were seated immediately. Waiters constantly attended to the table - filled water glasses, bread basket etc. The food was good quality Italian. I would definitely go there again.

Food is great here. However, upon entering we requested a booth (many were available) and they refused and put us up front.

Lovely sitting outside for a pre-theatre lunch. Nice pre-fixe menu, but sadly, not all antipastos were available. Place was understaffed for a busy matinee day. Took a very long time to get our courteous server's attention resulting cool food and in melted gelato by the time it reached us.

Five Stars!!! Fantastic experience under difficult situation!! With horrific traffic we walked into Cafe Fiorello an hour late before a Lincoln Center Show. We had advised them but were worried we would not be able to be served and that we would miss our show. The staff couldn't have been more fantastic. From the concierge , to the gentleman that seated us, to our waiter, Corey, all welcomed us, smiled, and said they would make our dinner work. We had a delicous dinner recommended and served beautifully by Corey, and were in... read more

Pre-theatre dinner was perfect! No rush but everything came in a timely manner. Mozzarella with prosciutto is a must have. Nice size portions-parmesan potatoes-delicious.Fresh pasta with just the right amount of sauce.
