The small section nick-named "Berlin" by the staff is a 5 table oasis, alwyas quiet even if the the restaurant is mobbed.

If you are going to Lincoln Center in NYC, it doesn't get any better than this location. It's right across. We had made reservations for 6:45 p.m. but got there much earlier and the maitre D directed us inside, we were seated immediately. We ordered lasagna, Margheritta Pizza and veal with mushrooms. The lasagna is quite different than your traditional lasagna not deep, very generous portion topped with meatballs. Overall salty. We also order Lemoncello for dessert, outstanding! Cafe Fiorello is convenient to me and generally well located. I go there often. Nice to eat outdoors. The food and service are not outstanding but good enough, consistent, satisfying and fairly priced. I like to take guests there since it seems to symbolize the NY ambiance especially because of the view of Lincoln center.Perhaps I am blasé at this point. I certainly would be thrilled with the place if I were in my twenties.

This is delicious in and of itself, but if you want to take it to the next level, add a shot of Amaretto and st... read more

Restaurant lovely, food delicious, but noise level terrible and tables too close together. Had a difficult time finding a path out when leaving the restaurant

We ordered the prix-fixe. I believe that the restaurant could offer a more interesting selection of main courses on the prix-fixe.
