My wife and I were there for dinner on a Saturday night before going to see a show at Lincoln Center. The restaurant was extremely busy, but we were seated quickly and our drink orders were taken shortly thereafter. The service was outstanding. The waiter was extremely attentive and very pleasant to deal with. The one bad thing was that they ran out of the appetizer we wanted to order. Other than that, the service and the food were great.
Although extremely busy during the holidays, Cafe Fiorello's runs like a well-oiled wheel. Food is very good, and our waiter was just attentive enough. Never felt rushed...

It seems the whole world is at Fiorella's before a performance at Lincoln Center. I don't know how they manange the crowds so efficiently--but they do. Service is swift but gracious. It's pricey, but the portions are ample. Splitting an appetizer and an entree is often enough for two people.
The best pizza around(just like you are in Italy). However, we were disappointed in their desserts. They were out of tartufo and it was only 3pm.Canoli was not in italian pastry shell but a hard,waffle shell. Not good at all.
Enjoying Cafe Fiorellos all the time. They are consistant and the food is excellent. A little pricy but you get what you pay for... Enjoy!
