Cafe Fiorello is an institution across the street from Lincoln Center, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch on the weekends. Fiorello's is a great spot for pre-theater dining. Open late each night, the restaurant is also perfect for a post-theater dinner, a light bite at the antipasto bar, or cocktails and dessert.

I was attending my very first opera at the met and unfortunately there was a snow storm, I expected the worst but it turned out to be a wonderful evening, highlighted by dinner at Cafe Fiorello. We arrived early so we sat at the appetizer bar and of course could not pass up having a plate of very tasty samplings. The bar tender was very cordial and helpful. Dinner was absolutely delicious and the service was excellant.
This is a great place for a bite to eat before an event at Lincoln Center. Their Bruschetta was out of this world, I think will go back just for that soon.
Good wine but seating was not too comfortable.
The host was wonderful and gave us a great table and attention. Our guests loved the food and the view. Try the artichokes!! Our only problem was slow waiter service.
Very enjoyable and delicious brunch. Good vibe. Very friendly, attentive staff. No fault of the restaurant, but we happened to be seated near a rather loud round table of women. Made it hard for our table of 3 to converse. We blamed the tin ceiling. We've been going to Josephina's for years for our pre-Lincoln Center repasts, but will probably now go to Cafe Fiorello instead. Sorry Josephina!
Good food, good service, very energetic and the kids even liked it!
Just needed to grab a meal with friends before the opera. We got crammed into a small table in the corner. Food was good but I'm not a fan of the crowd and loud noise. Also dinner was very expensive.
a wonderful place for dining before going to the Metropolitan Opera at Lincoln Center, just across the street...
the fried artichokes were superb - the foccaccia delicious as usual =- a joyful festive atmosphere as befits a place where just about everyone is on his or her way to a fun cultural event - well, at least one they expect to enjoy
