veal parmigana was not available - be careful the veal offered for dinner is a veal chop onlt the vea; parm is semi-vegan. It is made with cheese and a a tofu substitute for the veal
We had a pleasant pre-opera brunch. Their hours stated that they opened at 10 AM, however we ordered vegetable buffet items directly from the menu and watched a parade of servers bringing those things out to the buffet. At about 10:30, I was told that there were only three vegetables available yet. The others had not been brought out from the kitchen. Love the in-house made sparkling water - at $3.50 per person! Burratta and prosciutto are excellent.

We visit New York about once a year and like to stay near Columbus Circle. Cafe Fiorello is our go-to spot for lunch, dinner or early evening wine and antipasto. The staff is friendly without being obsequious, the ambiance is welcoming and the food is reliably good. The lunch prix-fixe is a steal.
