This was my first visit, and I am very pleased.
My entire experience from check-in to check-out was great. Office was beautiful. Staff friendly and efficient. Doctor listened to my concerns and addressed them. Visit was almost like a spa experience...did not feel cold and clinical.
This was my first time to EVER go to a dermatologist and admittedly, I was nervous. I knew I wanted to find a female dermatologist and chose Dr. Groysman. I'm glad I did. There was very little wait until I was seen. Dr. Groysman and her staff were wonderful! Much to my relief, I felt like I'd known them for years. She was thorough, answered all of my questions and addressed all my concerns. I left feeling relieved and wondering why I was so worried in the first place.
