My appt was set for 8:30 but the reminder call I received said my appt time was 9:20. I was at the office shortly after 9 and was told I "missed" my appt. I explained about call from Jennifer stating 9:20. I still have message. They saw me at 9:20. Everyone was courteous and attentive .
I have been a patient of Dr Groysman for several years. I would recommend her to anyone. She is very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Her staff is very friendly and helpful. I trust this doctor when she explains my condition and she never makes me feel like I am being rushed. She listens!

Very attentive and efficient
We have been seeing Dr. Groysman since 2010. She as well as her staff have always been very thorough in their exams as well as courteous and understanding. She discovered a cancer on my face two years ago and removed it without leaving a mark of any kind. I have complete confidence in her skills and judgement so I will continue to make the trip to her office every year for my annual checkup.
The office staff was very professional and nice. Dr. Groysman managed my expectations well and offered excellent advice and a plan for achieving what I wanted to do.
For some reason the procedure I thought I was scheduled to have got crossed up. The office staff kept telling me it was a follow up visit. I kept telling them that was incorrect but they didn't change anything or look into it. When I got to the appointment Dr Groysman went ahead and did the procedure.
We were able to schedule an appointment quickly. Waiting to see the doctor was also very quick. The doctor and staff are very friendly and professional.
Really great. Got through quick.
