This was my first visit to this practice. From check in to check out the staff was very pleasant. The wait time was minimal and Dr. Groysman made me feel comfortable during my exam and treatment. She listened to all my concerns and gave me options for further treatment. An overall great experience.
I had a great experience here! I am new to the area and chose to see Dr. Groysman based on the reviews I read online. She was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable and took her time, which is a plus for me. I would definitely recommend her.
I was OK with the wait as I didn't have any other afternoon appointments, however another patient sitting by me was a little upset about it. She was afraid she had been forgotten. I think the staff of any Dr should let patients know that, unfortunately, Dr has gotten a little behind. It just makes patients feel better.
I enjoy my visits with Dr. Groysmann. She is friendly and professional. I am confident in her abilities to detect skin cancers on me.
I am so pleased with my care at Cahaba Dermatology!!! I always leave feeling confidant that I have received the very best attention!!!
The one hour wait time was unacceptable especially when I am bombarded by text messages about my appointment date and time. And I didn't appreciate the quick exam from Dr. Groysman because I complained.
