The only comment I had was my appointment was at 8:10, and I was the second person at office. The office filled up, and everyone else got in before me. I waited over 45 minutes to actually talk to the doctor.
Overall, a good experience.
I changed from another dermatologist whom I had seen for a number of years. The other Doc rushed through my visits, leaving me frustrated. A family member who had seen Dr. G. told me Dr. G. was good to spend enough time to carefully explain conditions and procedures. On this, my first visit with Dr. G., although I was pleased that she recommended a procedure that was new to me, and that seems appropriate, I was somewhat frustrated because her explanation was quick and seemed rushed. Very nice office environment. Staff and Dr. are very friendly, helpful, thorough and knowledgeable. I feel good about the treatment plan Dr. Groysman put me on.
I was disappointed that it took 5 days to get in with something that I had never had before and was concerned about.
Did not have to wait long, excellent care, have already recommended to family and friends
I didn't feel like all the issues I listed were addressed, but the doctor was nice.
Dr Groysman is my favorite doctor - however the wait time was over 1 hour - that has not been the case in the past.
Dr Groysman is great. Have seen her several times at UAB Inverness and will continue to see her at the new place. All employees were friendly and upbeat--and the decor is wonderful --and very clean.I highly recommend Dr. Groysman
