Very happy to have found Dr. Vlada, love her professionalism, friendliness and humor. She is easy to talk to and seems to care for all my problems.
Elizabeth performed a PDT on me. She did an excellent job and made me feel at ease. I have two more treatments to go and I am actually looking forward to them.
The Aesthetician Laura and the staff were amazing! They were all really friendly and were their to help with anything that I needed.
Was really nervous, but you and your staff were excellent.
I think you need to consider having a separate information form for ethics staff,for pt that will only be using them.
Wait time was excessive. Arrived 15 minutes prior to appointment and many patients that arrived after me were taking back before me. Total visit time was over 1.5 hours for a skin screen/check up.
Elisabeth has provided excellent therapy and continues to provide a listening ear to concerns.
My appointment was for 8:40. I did not see Dr. Groysman until 9:15. My time is just as valuable as hers. Would she like it if I kept her waiting? I doubt it.
