Dr. Gerald was very thorough. She took a lot of additional time to do a full body check.
The follow up the staff provided regarding our appointment was exceptional. They made me feel like our appointment mattered.
I was a little frustrated at the wait time. Appointment was set for 1:30. I pre filled out forms online but still had a wait time of over 45 minutes
My doctor was great and receptionists were nice. Although, I got to my appointment 10 minutes early and I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes. The nurse called a name that no one could understand and a lady got up and went back. Next they came out and called another name and no one got up. I soon realized the lady took my spot and I had been sitting while many people went ahead of me because no one bothered to find out what was going on until I told them. I would like to see a more on time appointment. If its the first appointment at 8AM is should be at 8AM.
Dr. Groysman was very kind and knowledgeable about my yeast infection.
Wonderful and helpful staff! Willing to go out of their way to make the visit and follow up contacts productive and efficient. So nice!
