Almost an hour wait for afternoon appointment. Waiting room was VERY cold. Air conditioner blowing cold air on COLD day. No response from person who took me to exam room when I complained.
Dr. Groysman is excellent at listening to my concerns.
The staffed phlebotimist was very understanding of those whom have fear of needles. She did an excellent job and it was quick. The entire staff was caring and understanding. I am on my way to returning to "flawless skin AGAIN" YIPPEY..

Valerie was very helpful with informing me of my treatment options for laser tattoo removal and was very friendly and efficient.
Dr. Groysman was kind and took her time explaining everything. I am so relieved that I have finally found a great dermatologist!
I am happy with the Doctor but not the assistant - Heather. She always seems very indifferent and borderline rude. I was hoping to not see her this visit but she seems to be the one I get every time. It makes my visit not as pleasant as it should be.
