PA was fantastic. Super nice and caring.
Extremely nice staff. Dr. Groysman diagnosed the problem very quickly.
We were way late for our first appointment and needed to see the Dr. soon, so the staff worked us in very early the next day. She was very helpful and nice.
Staff were very friendly and Dr. Groysman was great once I got in to see her. My less than enthusiastic ratings are regarding the appointment scheduling and wait time. My appointment was cancelled and rescheduled 2x by the office before I got in. Once there I came 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork and ensure I got in the exam room on time. 30 min passed my actual appointment time when a nurse came into the waiting room to explain they were running behind. 1 hour and 20 min after my scheduled time I got up to tell the fr... read more

I was called to an exam room 30 minutes after my appointment time!!! That is not good customer service. My time is as valuable as the Dr.'s!!
Love the office and everyone is so nice and you can tell that they really care and try to make things run as smooth as possible. The ladies up front are the best and are to be commended. Doctor Groysman is the best I've ever been to and love her. She is so nice and takes time with you and doesn't make you feel like she is just rushing you in and out or that your just a number. Thanks to all for the great care they give.
