By "office visits," I refer to visits to any doctor. Since I have chronic health conditions, I have to visit multiple physicians every month. In far too many offices, the staff are rushed, impatient, sometimes downright rude. Yesterday, I felt as if I were being received at a resort destination. I am responding for my 4yr old daughter who has seem Dr Groysman about 3 times. There was not an age slot for her so I used mine. She is great with Abby. Typically Abby is very nervous (pl, panicky) with Dr's but she has never had reservations about her exams with Dr Groysman. She loves visiting with her and the staff.

Laura was exceptional! she not only was personable but very professional! I am so pleased with the level of excellence that your staff provided. From booking the appointment to the staff at checkout, they were all great! I am in hospitality so I know that some people can be difficult to deal with and the challenges can be tough.
