This is Abby and Hannah's mom. I'm answering these questions as my husband and I are the ones that paid the co-pay. There are 2 red flags concerning this office: 1) When a reminder of appointment phone call was made, the caller asked for a different patient other than my daughters. 2) My daughters wrote the pharmacies we use, however, I received a call from a pharmacy in Homewood wanting info on my daughters to fill their prescriptions. The office manager needs to be aware of these 2 issues.
Dr. Groysman seemed more relaxed than my first visit last year. She was most personable and friendly, but still professional.
Suzanne Vickers is amazing! She is so nice & thorough; I highly recommend this office to anyone!!!
Not a very warm enviroment. The assistant rolled her eyes which was not professional. I understand I had not been for follow up and acne was worse. However,not acknowledging the patient and assistant rolling eyes since I did not have prescription list with me was not nice. However, I will return this coming appointment and hope all is better since my inital visit was not this way.
Quick easy service! I really appreciate the fact that CD valued my time and had me on the road in less than 45 minutes. Another local dermatologist constantly overbooks and had my wife WAIT 2+ hours on 2 different occasions!
I was impressed with Dr.Groysman's compassion and care of and for me while performing the required biopsies. I am very anxious about upcoming treatment, but have a high level of confidence in Dr. Groysman.

I've seen a lot of dermatologist over the years and non really resolved my issues. Dr. Glasglow has made a huge difference in my skin and she is so kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her to my friends.
