Really like the personal attention and actions taken when the Dr finds potential problem spots.
The staff was nice from the beginning. My appointment was easily made with multiple reminders via text. The facility is modern and the decor makes you welcomed and fabulous. The medical assistants and doctors are professional, care about your concerns, and want to improve your quality of life.
Had to return the next day due to heavy bleeding all night. Had specimen removed from face, which most anyone would know, that is a very vascular area that might require more than a bandaid after cutting from the face. However was pleased that they took me in early the next day to call stop bleeding completely. Thank you for doing that. Made me feel much better about using their service.
