Had a wait a little but everyone was extremely nice
Everyone was so kind and genuine from the front desk all the way to everyone I encountered in the back. Dr Grayson and Elizabeth were so compassionate as well as their staff. For the first time in months I felt like I was heard!!!
Dr. Elizabeth Smith listened to my condition properly and she suggested the best treatment for me!
Most of the time everyone is friendly and courteous. The reason for my rating is because every time I've been in the office for a checkup, I am always about 10 mins early for the scheduled appointment, but I am always left waiting at least 30 mins every time past the scheduled appt. I understand that things happen, doctors get busy, the snowball effect trickles down to other patients. But I've been 4-5 times in the last 2 years and have never been called back on time. Dr. Groysman is always thorough and friendly and takes time to answer any questions or concerns. The staff is also just as professional and friendly.

Elizabeth was very attentive and didn’t make me feel stupid for googling my symptoms. They also made me feel very comfortable since my issues were in my groin area. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. They had a coffee machine that was perfect for my morning appt!
