Dr. Gerald took one look at my situation & knew exactly what was going on. She dealt with it forthwith.
All nurses and employees great. Loved the doctor that did surgery. Only negative is wish the surgery could be done on more than one day
I found the demitologist to be very thorough in her exam. I am 92 years and I have had doctors brush off the exam with just a brief look and this was not the case of this doctor. I was pleased with her exam and treatment.
Everything about Cahaba Dermatology is excellent... except for the wait time. Every visit I waited 45 minutes to over an hour and a half to be seen by a doctor or NP, plus any additional time for treatment.
I’ve been a patient at Cahaba Dermatology for 3 years now and yesterday was the best visit. My appt with Suzanne Vickers was great and I really felt like she saw me as a patient and wasn’t trying to just check the boxes to get through the appointment. She asked me questions and really made me feel seen and validated. She was also kind and warm. The nurse was very friendly and kind as well as the phlebotomist that took my blood. I really appreciate how these staff members made me feel!
From the moment I walked in with Selena greeting me to my facial with Joy, everything was top notch! I felt completely comfortable. Selena was very warm and welcoming and made me feel like I was her only customer. Joy was so professional and knowledgeable - I enjoyed every moment of the facial. It was a very relaxing, self-indulgent experience and I can't think of anyone I would recommend more to provide it to you!
Cahaba Dermatology has attentive doctors and nurses.
They forgot to give me the prescription for the tick bite. No one knew the details about the Christmas in July special.
Very courteous providers and excellent service. Had to wait a little bit past scheduled time but not a deal breaker.
