We shopped rates for our new home and in this market, we definitely were not hearing anything we liked. Caleb is extremely easy to work with and he actually makes the home mortgage process enjoyable. We asked for a two week close and we got it! Really happy with Caleb who worked tirelessly on our two mortgages; he promptly responded to texts, emails, and phone calls--even late in the evening. He graciously took the time to explain things to me over the phone and was always helpful. He is just really good at his job, both the customer service and the loan processing part.
