I contacted Caleb after deciding to cut ties with another mortgage lender. I was already under contract for the property and time was running out. Caleb pushed our loan through, and helped us close on time according to the original contract. Needless to say, I had a great experience with his services, highly recommended.

If you don’t have a lender or aren’t raving about them like I am about on Caleb, then look no further!!!! Caleb bent over backwards, flipped, and more for us! Any questions I had he answered on the fly! He was able to get us the best rates for our new home. Also will help us with our Reno refinance when we’re ready! Caleb was so personable and I’d recommend him to anyone looking or need to refinance HE IS THE GUY to go to in DFW!!

We've worked with Caleb and Willow Bend on three occasions. The first when we purchased our house and again on two refinances. He and his team worked diligently and quickly with us each time.
