Caleb is extremely easy to work with and he actually makes the home mortgage process enjoyable. We asked for a two week close and we got it! Caleb is responsive and will bend over backwards to make the processs go as smoothly as possible. Great attitude! Hard worker! We highly recommend and will use him again and again!
Really happy with Caleb who worked tirelessly on our two mortgages; he promptly responded to texts, emails, and phone calls--even late in the evening. He graciously took the time to explain things to me over the phone and was always helpful. He is just really good at his job, both the customer service and the loan processing part. Really enjoyed working with Caleb and we will use him again for refinancing when that time comes.
