Caleb and his team at Guaranteed Rate did an amazing job assisting me in closing on my home in Washington. All documentation and application was done on-line and the communication was excellent with every member of his team. I would highly recommend Caleb to anyone, ANYWHERE that is either buying or refinancing a home. They were professional, communicative and closed my loan on-time!

Caleb worked hand in hand with me to get my credit straightened out. Caleb was able to get me financed and closed on a home with a reasonable interest rate. 6 months after we closed on our home Caleb reached out to me offering to refinance at an extremely good rate. He remembered me and my unique situation and saw an opportunity to be a hero for me once again. Since then I have recommended him to my next door neighbor who has now refinanced with him.

Recently my girlfriend and I purchased our first investment property and Caleb and his team were terrific to work with! Caleb made my first time home buying experience smooth and easy as I knew nothing about the process. He was available to answer ALL questions that i had and so very informative. I was a little skeptical about going through Guaranteed Rates preferred lender due to some reviews I read online and this being a $750k first time buyer new home purchase, however Caleb reassured me and told me it wouldn't be a problem and that closing would go as planned. The process was smooth and any issues along the way Caleb took care of them. I was referred to them from a realtor and I would highly recommend Guaranteed Rate and Caleb as they did live up to the expectation and did what they said they would do.

Caleb started working with us back in November 2016 when we decided to build a new home. We spoke with different companies and different mortgage brokers but Caleb was just on a different level. He got us pre-approved and was excellent at communicating with us and providing us with advice even when we decided to work with another company that offered a lower % down with no PMI which his company didn't offer at the time.
