I was a little skeptical about going through Guaranteed Rates preferred lender due to some reviews I read online and this being a $750k first time buyer new home purchase, however Caleb reassured me and told me it wouldn't be a problem and that closing would go as planned. The process was smooth and any issues along the way Caleb took care of them. I was referred to them from a realtor and I would highly recommend Guaranteed Rate and Caleb as they did live up to the expectation and did what they said they would do.

Working with Caleb through the lending process was fantastic. Caleb was super responsive - any time we had a question he answered it in a timely manner and whenever we needed any paperwork completed his turnaround time was excellent. He was always more than willing to go above and beyond to get the job done for us and was an all around pleasure to work with!
