Working with Caleb through the lending process was fantastic. Caleb was super responsive - any time we had a question he answered it in a timely manner and whenever we needed any paperwork completed his turnaround time was excellent. Caleb was exceptional from start to finish. He was always available and Guaranteed Rate's pricing was 0.25% below another lender I applied with prior to talking with Caleb. The GRate borrower portal was so easy to use and Caleb was quick to confirm what he had and what he still needed. Without hesitation I would recommend Caleb to family, friends, and anybody in need of a mortgage.

As a first time homebuyer, I'm glad I was referred to Caleb to work with when it came to my wife and I looking for a house. Caleb was very helpful and great to work with. He was able to answer all of our questions and work very efficiently throughout the process for us. I would recommend taking the Smart Homeownership course at frameworkhomeownership because it might be required if you're looking at having PMI on your mortgage. Caleb was a pleasure to work with. Being a first time buyer, I was stressed and had a lot of questions. Caleb is so nice, he always took time out of his day to go over my questions and concerns.
