An occasional call with updates, instead of me having to call and not receive calls back from a manager when requested, would have put the rating at a 9 or 10. 3.5 Star : Customer Service Everyone I spoke to was very courteous, but again, there was no communication, other than the phone calls I made. 5 Star : Returned Clean
