3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Great craftsmanship but service needs a little help 5 Star : Repair Quality Took longer than expected but the work looks great. 4 Star : Customer Service I believe I was lied to about what delayed the delivery of the car. They told me the day of delivery well the first date that the tail light was broken and they had to order another, but that was never discussed during the actual delivery. Only the reprogramming of some codes at the dealership which delayed the delivery!
5 Star : My Experience Everyone at Caliber was extremely professional and kept me up to date on the progress of my repair. The work they performed looked great. I’m very happy with my experience.
