A better value than comparable resorts in town - no regerts! Our AC unit in the main room didn't work. We didn't need it mostly so we didn't report it, but sometimes it got too hot in there. Customer service was good so I'm sure they would've moved us if we'd asked. The shower faucet was nearly impossible to work. But the shower itself was nice once you got it on. Hope to return! Shower was very fiddly. I had to spend 5 minutes working with it to get hot water. Excellent location. Loved tiki theme. Great pool and happy hour. Friendly staff. Dogs welcome and allowed in pool area
Decent but not considered nice. Maybe if I were 20 it would have met expectations. Room was not that great I would say 3 star level expectable but not nice. Bad shower head with barely enough pressure for my wife to wash her hair. Pool was good with nice bar and restaurant attached.
would come back again the pool needs to be clean more times during the day especially when there is wind to avoid so many leaves in the pool The staff was very helpful. the rooms are comfortable and clean

Nice place. Good deal for Palm Springs. Would consider staying here again. Hot tub was not working the night we wanted to get in. Nice vibe. Relaxed. Bed was very comfortable.
Very Good Location was somewhat isolated without a car. The curtains were not blackout variety, but a dark sheer material that allowed me to see people walking past my room. If I could see out, could they see in? Staff was very welcoming and let me check-in early. Pool looked very welcoming, but I didnt have the opportunity to enjoy it.
