Great stay and great for families Great for families ! Pool was nice
Good. Air conditioning needs updating. Jacuzzi was nice. Room air could be updated.
I was playing in a two day golf tournament and just used this place to shower and sleep. Lack of soap in the Shower The dive bar atached to the hotel
The property is fun and an experience . The bar staff is amazing. fun stay ! The room we stayed in needs updated. The pool area with bar is wonderful!

Exceptional
we love Caliente Tropics and the reef bar by the pool makes it perfect. In little ways the property feels like it needs a little tlc......pool chairs are faded with straps missing, rooms a little dated. Maybe just a bit of freshening up. But still great for what we needed. The pool area is so relaxing and the tiki torches at night shout holiday!! Excellent margaritas!
Comfortable room, nice hotel, terrific rate. My only issue is the WiFi. Not a great signal. Staff friendly and professional.
