Good TV cut in-and-out at first and half the lights didn't work. Pool area isn't as big as the photos make it out, and to no surprise, got a lil crowded - but the grass area next to it was very nice to go lay out in, away from the noise. Lots of kids and groups - but expected. Room was clean and staff was very nice and helpful. Grass area by the pool was really nice to lay out by and relax.
Everything we wanted :) The Reef restaurant and bar was closed on Wednesday(which I was aware). But, we wanted to eat there on Thursday, but it doesn’t open until 1pm, which is odd. Commercial breaks when the music is playing. They really should upgrade to the no commercial plan so guests don’t have to hear commercials. The pool was nice & cool. Exceptional Nothing Everything
Great value for comfort and location The hotel charged my credit card the deposit when I booked as expected. The thing I didn’t like was they charged the second half on the day of arrival but before I had arrived to the hotel when the confirmation said I’d pay the second night upon arrival. I planned to use a different card so that was kind of annoying but they fixed it when i arrived so it was fine in the end. But just be aware if you want to use a different card than you originally booked with , call them to let them know.... read more

Prices compares to stay; clean room, friendly staff, no perfect First room did not have hot water. Staff got us a new room in less than 30 minutes. Location was close to everything. Staff aimed to please if a problem arises.
