Our room was dirty, but the staff cleaned right away, the bar can improve their service by being more friendly and have The bar .. The pool and the mountains views are really nice, I like the looks like pacific tropical hotel .

Pleasant No hot water in room 209. When we told the front staff they didn't do anything to try to make it right. Just took down the info. The pool area is great but the Water is too cold to swim in. Only a couple of people braved the frigid water.
