Amazing staff and good place to stay for a quick Palm Springs trip. The facilities in general could use some updating. Loved the tiki decor, but it could use some overall modernizing. Our bathroom, especially, left much to be desired and we only had lukewarm/cold water in the shower. The staff was wonderful! Super friendly and helpful! Loved the tiki bar by the pool!

Good The rooms are a bit outdated The hotel Is located in a quiet area town very nice pool and hot tub . I’d stay here again

Awesome Our stay at the Caliente Tropics was fantastic! Very pet friendly and check in was a breeze thanks to Lorraine. My only complaint is that the grassy lawn for dogs was roped off for maintenance. The room, pool, reef bar were excellent and a bit of 60s nostalgia. We didn’t want to leave!
