Pleasant They have also really jacked up the prices. Caliente Tropics is no longer a bargain as it once was, and there are nicer, better located hotels in the Palm Springs area now that are less expensive. I have gone to Client Tropicsl "automatically" for the past 15 years when I visited PS, but now it's time to start shopping around more. The location (a mile or so out of town) is definitely a minus as well, but OK as long as you have a car. Cute 50s vibes near all the fancy hotels - defo worth it! The poolside service was really bad on the weekend. More/better servers would fix that easily! The pool area on weekdays is great--comparable to other pricier hotels nearby. We loved the Tiki decorations and Happy Hour cocktails too!
Exceptional Very nice, clean hotel in an excellent location. Love the Hawaii theme. We can’t wait to go back. Check out the Reef restaurant as well. Great food.
