Awesome Wi-Fi absolutely terrible....failed every other minute. Picked up the signal from next hotel better! Reception staff just going through the motions...very poor. Wonderful atmosphere all around hotel.very kitch 50's style, Polynesian. Lovely food in bar, but way too much plastic and polystyrene packaging for a meal.
Good The chair arm had a tear about 4 inches long. Walls need repair, doorstop on wall wasn't there. The plastic end on bathroom doorstop was missing. Small things that should be taken care of immediately. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant/bar "The Reef" was excellent! Bartenders and waitresses are great!
Awesome Nothing really. Pretty much spot on Pool is great and open at night, reef bar is good, kitschy rooms clean and a good size, with all that you need. Bathroom small but perfectly serviceable.
Good Needed another blanket on the bed. Loud music at night.
Pleasant Plumbing needs a makeover. Shower pressure wasn't enough for my wife to wash her hair. The gardeners were around the pool and property, mowing, clipping and blowing for about two hours. Annoying. Breakfast wasn't served at the hotel. We walked to King's Highway Diner. It took one hour to get served.
Location is fine with great access to everything and recommend for a short Motel style stay. Sheets were a bit scratchy and garbage can in room was not empty when we arrived. Only one set of pillows. Otherwise room size and washroom facilities were good. Suitable place for a couple of nights.
