Very comfortable and relaxing. Can't think of a thing! I was more than pleased with our visit. I had requested a ground floor room because I am handicapped & travel with a comfort pet that needs walking. In addition, we were pulling a 24' vintage trailer and we were able to park right outside our room. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We travel back & forth to Santa Barbara to visit family - Palm Springs is half-way and a good place for us to stop, sleep and get ready the the last half of our trip... read more
If the pool & surrounding area were open it would have met our expectations. We had planned to spend the morning at the pool but the pool and surrounding lawn area were closed. I was never notified of this fact or even told about it when checking in. We kept tripping over the carpet when leaving the bathroom. The property was cool & the staff was friendly. The on-site Tiki bar was cute. The beds were comfortabl.
We enjoy staying at the Caliente Tropics and had hoped to use the pool but it had been drained. The floor around the bed had debris (popcorn, etc.) around the frame. The chair needed a spot cleaning. The room is comfortable and I love the long counter by the sink. Our room was quiet.
Good Very sad the pool was under maintenance and we didn’t get any notice. Problems in room-hairdryer and phone not working Good size room, good location Reef bar was great
