Good 2 things the hot tub was out of commission for the 3 days I was there and I got a very defensive answer when my room wasn't cleaned by 4:30 and was told the staff was gone for the day. The clerk told me I could go to another room, or would I like to check out. I was furious and then she has the gall to tell me she was scared of me TERRIBLE CUSTOMER RELATION, in the end, a maid showed up and cleaned the room after all. I did not enjoy this confrontation. Good not all machines at the gym worked stephanie was really helpful when our room door didn't worked!
