Never again It was fully booked - you could hardly find parking. The pool was DISGUSTING. We started joking about how flesh eating bacteria would grow in there, because the staff didn’t pick up a single piece of trash from the poolside all day long, you couldn’t find a clean step to enter the pool. At 11pm, napkins were disintegrating in the water, looked like pieces of human skin. Tiki vibe good, facilities are lacking No hot water to shower on day 1, then on day 2, the water was shut off to the entire building with no notice. They did move us so we could get a shower, but it was a hassle so close to checkout Historical facility, staying true to tiki culture
Correct, bon rapport qualité prix pour l'endroit. Personnel de l'hôtel peu aimable. Chambre pas très propre à notre arrivé, mieux le lendemain. Déco vieillotte, climatisation très bruyante. Consignes au bord de la piscine non respectés par beaucoup de clients, et tout le monde laisse faire. Grande piscine, possibilité de dîner sur place au Reef bar à cocktail et resto. Personnel du restaurant très sympa, ambiance, et bon rapport qualité prix.
Okay There is practically no lighting in the hallways outside making it very easy to trip and fall. Found the rooms to be spacious.

Poor 太恶心了！一个晚上打死两只硕大的蟑螂！！若不是回到房间实在太晚又太累，儿子实在不想动，肯定立马退房走了。想到晚上睡着蟑螂从脸上爬过的感觉吓到一夜基本没睡，一早直接退房立马走人，不想做一刻的停留！走南闯北这么些年，第一次碰到这么恶心的！房间设施陈旧，感觉就不是很干净，洗澡水放不热，放许久才感觉到一丝热气，立刻又冷了，员工态度也比较冷漠，那么破旧的房间还要收100刀的押金，实在看不出他房间什么东西能值100刀，说老实话，房间东西我碰到不想碰！总之是非常糟糕的一次体验，让我整个的棕榈泉之行都蒙上了阴影！

Déçus Je m'attendais à mieux à la lecture des commentaires. Literie moyenne et pas de micro onde. Le mini frigo faisait peu de froid. Eau de la piscine un peu trouble. Pour le prix, on a eu de meilleurs hôtels.. En plus l'hôtel prend 100 dollars sur la carte en cas de dégradations.. on va voir combien de jours ils prennent avant de les rembourser On a aimé les sols de la chambre et de la salle de bain (sols durs sans moquette). On a apprécié de pouvoir utiliser la piscine jusqu'à minuit
