Fair Lighting outside room on walkway was terrible. Could barely see room numbers. Faucet in sink was horrible. Turning water on was torture. restaurant nearby: food was excellent and reasonably priced

Enttäuschend in Palm Springs Kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Wifi immer wieder unterbrochen. Altmodische Möbel (nicht moderne Möbel wie beschrieben). Miserabler Service in der Reef-Bar....wir sind nach 30 Minuten gegangen ohne von den 3 Mitarbeitern bedient worden zu sein. Eine Mitarbeiterin war stattdessen beim Rauchen. Es war nur durchschnittlich. Freundlicher Empfang.
Beware! Bed bugs! My daughter and I stayed in room 111 last weekend and had to escape as quickly as possible after waking up bitten all over our faces, hands, arms and legs. I found one bug (but there must have been many more hidden) and took it to the front desk to show proof. They were professional and returned all our money back. They also assured me they were going to call pest control and follow all the appropriate steps. Hopefully they did it. It was a terrible experience, so gross!!!
Disappointing В наш номер для двоих поселили третьего - мистера таракана. Было очень душно, вентилятор не справлялся, окно открылось на 2 см. В ванной окно открывалось, но из-за планировки это не помогло проветрить сам номер. Мало розеток. Бассейн выглядел красиво, но купаться в нем не стали.
They overcharged me. My booking says my total was $250, but they charged me $129 when I booked and after my stay they charged me $220. Now I have to call them and figure it out. What a pain. I know it isn't cold in Palm Springs very often, but they should have a heater in the room. They gave us a little space heater and more blankets.
Heel goed! Goede bedden, goed en schoon sanitair, fijn zwembad met ligbedden. Gezellige bar bij het zwembad met attent personeel. Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding!

Sehr schönes Hotel Keine Heizung,wir hatten kalte Nächte Ein schönes nostalgisches Hotel,tolle Zimmer,recht groß,nur die Toilette ist leider etwas klein. Der Bereich um das Waschbecken aber schön großzügig.Alles sehr sauber und ja,etwas altmodisch aber absolut nicht vernachlässigt.Typischer Stil für das lässige Palm Springs.Die Dame an der Rezeption beim Einchecken war sensationell freundlich und versprühte tolle gute Laune.Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt.
