Okay Die Hygiene sowohl im Bad als auch generell im Zimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig. Zudem war die Qualität des WLANs sehr schlecht, man hatte nur an einem bestimmten Spot Empfang. Außerdem wurde trotz mehrmaligem Anrufen an der Rezeption die Bitte ignoriert, die Anzahl der Handtücher aufzustocken.

Apparement un employé avait oublié d'éteindre la musique de La journee. Le lobby impossible à joindre ét La manager mê repond qu'il fallait rappeler + que la musique est apprécié par les clients. Very Good Als je langer dan 1 nacht hier slaapt en niet wil dat de schoonmaaksters in de ochtend je kamer binnen komen hang dan t bordje don 't disturb op. Wij dachten dat als je extra schoonmaak wilde je dit moest vragen of het bordje voor de schoonmaaksters op moest hangen. Maar ze kwamen gewoon kijken toen we lagen te slapen. Volgende ochtend het bordje opgehangen en nergens last van gehad. Wellicht een tip om dit te noemen tijdens het inchecken. Heerlijk verblijf voor 2 nachten. Disappointing
good The jacuzzi was dirty the tile was dirty, and black oil bubbly was on the top of the water , needs TLC. Plaster was peeling off
Disappointing Room was not very clean ( for example: the room did not have carpets and my feet got dirty walking around on the painted concrete floor). Walls were VERY THIN! Neighbors on either side and above me kept me awake. The floor boards above me creaked horribly. I heard every footfall of the people (must have been a family with that much noise) above me. Will not stay there again. Pool area and adjacent grass area were nice.

Tolles Hotel, wo man es länger aushalten kann Nichts Die Poollandschaft war toll, wie in der Karibik. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Das Zimmer recht gross.
Disappointing the location is good if you don't mind being just out of town. the whole complex needs a lot of maintenance, door handle broken, faucet so stiff my kids couldn't operate, old paint, safety gates to pool unlocked ... Jacuzzi was dirty and plaster was missing Staff were pleasant but didn't seem happy which shows in the efforts they weren't making. very disappointed, will not stay there again. we had stayed here before about three years ago and really enjoyed the staff and complex I feel they have stooped spending... read more
