Disappointment The property was advertised as a "resort". It was nothing more than an old, remodeled motel. There was a gap under the door large enough for mice, lizards, etc to get through. They did send someone to fix that, however. The blinds were bent and would not close properly so we had to put paper in the large gaps in the blinds. We only stayed one night because of the facilities and went to a Hampton, where we knew what we would get. Not much. There was an issue that they took care of right away so that was good.

Nice facility, HORRID staff! The staff was wretched! The General Manager needs to take a class on how to treat guests. I have never been treated more disrespectful in all of my travels by a customer service team as a whole. I certainly will not be staying here again due to this, which is a shame b/c the facility itself was pretty cool. The beds were super comfortable.
Okay The card readers to get in the room were HORRIBLE. There was "a trick" that i couldn't figure out and in my opinion, there shouldn't be a trick to get into the darn rooms.
Okay We payed a lot of $ for a motel and there were a lot of restrictions and extra charges for amenities. They would. It give us more than 4 towels total for the room we were in a sweet with 5 people - before we could get clean towels we had to collect and turn in the dirty towels - pool towels were the same and those had to be picked from the front desk and not house keeping and returned to the front desk or you would be charged - they only left one extra roll of toilet paper for 3days I did get one additional roll but aft... read more
Don't return deposits. Took $100 dollars deposit with the promise to return it within 24 hours. 16 days later we are still waiting for this to be returned. Easy to find
Very disappointed Staff was rude. No hot water for two days. Clean towels.soft bed.
