Lack of Security helped ruin an otherwise enjoyable stay! We had gift cards removed from just inside the door our room, while we were across at their restaurant/bar for about an hour. The outside room door does not have a closure on it and it is entirely possible we did not close our door completely. THE ROOM STANK! The room stunk! And it's time to repaint. During the next day I could actually smell that nasty odor of that room on my clothes. The door was hard to open. Just turning the knob didn't work, one must also push it HARD-like with your shoulder. The 'restaurant' is a joke. Food isn't that good and there isn't any alcohol in the over-priced Tiki cocktails. Will not return. TV was new-bed was soft-nice fluffy pillows. A/C is very cold.

So very disappointing The fact that my initial reservation was changed from 2 adults and 4 kids to 4 adults only. The "suite" came with NO TOWELS, No pool towels you have to go to the front desk for everything. No mucrowaves in tge room, then the staff would not even warm your food up in either one of the 2 microwaves. Housekeeping left ALL the dirty towels in the room on the floor along with the red gummy bear. The pool was nice. Jose the manager on duty when we checked in was nice.
First time is the last time I was told by booking.com that a fold out bed was in the couch that was a lie. My brother was told the same thing he was also lied to. The staff was the best thing about this place. I liked the staff.
Will probably stay at different location Rooms too small and air conditioning is not adequate given the temperature in palm springs. Distance from downtown palm springs.
