Disappointing Room was cold even when AC was not on. The floors were not clean. The Toilet was old and not clean looking at all. Staff accomodate our request for early check in but that was after giving us a terrible attitude and with terrible customer service over phone.
Very Poor This place sucks!!
Not worth the money. Keep looking. The building opposite the lobby looked half vacant, the ice machine didn't work. The place is just run down, most of the things hadn't been updated in decades (or so it appears).
Excellent Window blinds did not completely cover window and should be replaced. Size of room.
Very Poor We had no hot water for 3 days and the management staff we hardly sympathetic. On the third day we moved rooms, had to pack everything in the mid day heat and it felt like I was being an inconvenience to the staff. Would not go back and there are plenty of places for the same price in Palm Springs. The pool area was nice.
