Okay Hot tub wasn't properly working. Ad said restaurant on property. There wasn't. Not enough towels. Pool was beautiful
Do not stay at the Caliente Tropics Property is in need of an overhaul. We went thru 4 rooms (door did not lock in 1 st room, 2nd room the toilet literally screamed for 52 seconds, 3rd room had no hot water and door did not fully close. 4th room was fine.
Sympa mais personnel à remplacer ! Le personnel est extrêmement mauvais : erreur de chambre, oubli de serviettes, nombreux dysfonctionnements dans la chambre... Il a falli aller les déranger à 5 reprises ! Etablissement sympathique, très chouette piscine et bon emplacement
Outdated facility Noisy and outdated.
Amazing No fault of the hotel, but I didn't like it when the lady staying in room next to mine started banging on my door at 5 am and started yelling at me to turn off my tv because it was keeping her awake...my tv was NOT on and she woke me up!!! When I told her this, she said "Well it's coming from the wall!"...there was NO noise what so ever!!!
